Transport Voucher & Health Insurance
For cost coverage by your health insurance, you generally need a medical transport voucher (prescription for patient transport). Please clarify cost coverage with your health insurance provider in advance (e.g. ÖGK, SVS, BVAEB). We are happy to assist you with the process and can settle directly with your health insurance upon request.
Please have your transport voucher, your e-Card and, if applicable, an official photo ID ready for your journey.
Not an Emergency Service
Our medical transport is a scheduled patient transport service and not an emergency rescue service. In case of medical emergencies, please call the ambulance on 144 or the European emergency number 112 immediately. We exclusively provide scheduled rides for seated patients.
